So if you buy the complete collection, you will get 2 lvl 80 boosters (one lvl 80 booster for unlocking PoF and HoT, and one lvl 80 booster for EoD) If you purchase the PoF and HoT bundle, you will get one lvl 80booster. Level 80 booster is the base line for anything that is called an Expansion in GW2 as it is delivered with Shared Inventory slot as a package for expansion sales.
