To unlock elite specs, u need to complete all other specializations first. All the HPs awarded by leveling exactly can complete all specs except for elites. U have to go n get HP for ur elites. L80 boost only awards u the remaining HP u can get from levelling ur current toon. If u r at l79 and use boost, u only get 1Level worth of HP.

If you can stomach the limit of 2 characters and the tiny bag slots then yeah, until maybe after the base story / hitting 80. But honestly, if you're just at 30 I heavily suggest playing the game from their native launcher and starting over.
